The 24-year-vintage actress is accused of trespassing all
through a protest in North Dakota.
Woodley mentioned the incident in a video she shared on fb.
"I do not know if you guys simply heard me, however i
was strolling lower back to my RV, which is proper there so that we will cross
lower back to camp peacefully and they grabbed me through my jacket and said
that i used to be not allowed to preserve," she states within the video.
"and they had massive guns and batons and zip ties and they're not letting
me cross."
whilst Woodley changed into filming, she became instructed
she would be arrested.
"All right i am being arrested," she says.
"due to the fact i was trespassing like absolutely everyone. As soon as
you men requested me to leave, I l left. She was down there; every person
become down there. i'm being arrested. i was down there with every body else. I
do not know what is happening? As soon as they came I left… it is because i'm
widely known. it is due to the fact i have forty,000 human beings
looking."
The protests began after federal judge rejected The standing
Rock Sioux Tribe's request for a permanent injunction to block a $3.7 billion,
1,one hundred seventy-mile pipeline. The pipeline could be accountable for
transporting 470,000 barrels of oil a day across 4 states.
